As configured, the Faith Sanctuary™ II includes an optional attached garage, welcoming front porch, refined eave returns, window mantles and grilles, beaded siding, and a front entry accented by sidelights and gable-end venting. Exterior rooflines are engineered with 7/12 and 8/12 pitches, providing both architectural balance and long-term durability.
Interior standards include a 48″ neo-angle shower and whirlpool tub on a Corian platform in the primary suite. Due to structural and design integrity considerations, width expansions are not available on this model, and length extensions are limited. Exterior masonry finishes, including brick and Dryvit, are site-installed by the builder to ensure proper integration with foundation and elevation conditions.
This configuration preserves the Faith Sanctuary™ mandate: structural integrity first, aesthetics second, no shortcuts.
