The Covenant Construction Process

From Pre-Construction Approval to Final Inspection — Every Step Accountable, Documented, and Compliant

Construction should never be uncertain or unstructured. The Covenant Process establishes a clear, regulated path from initial project approval through final inspection — ensuring every phase is executed with precision, accountability, and full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Each step is defined, documented, and verified, from site evaluation and design planning to permitting, construction, and final delivery. Contractors, subcontractors, and project teams operate within established safety protocols and operational guidelines to maintain consistency, efficiency, and risk control across all CDG projects.

Whether the project involves land development, modular construction, or renovation, this process ensures that every build meets the Covenant standard — disciplined execution, regulatory compliance, and long-term structural integrity.

Project Initiation & Planning Consultation

Every Covenant project begins with a structured consultation designed to define scope, feasibility, budget alignment, and execution strategy. This is where ideas are translated into a clear, buildable plan.

What Happens

The process begins with an initial consultation — conducted on-site or at a designated location — focused on understanding project objectives, property conditions, and overall feasibility.

Project requirements are reviewed in detail, including budget parameters, site conditions, zoning considerations, and development potential. This ensures all decisions are grounded in real-world constraints and opportunities.

You’ll be guided through construction approaches, including modular and traditional methods, with clear timelines, cost expectations, and execution strategy outlined from the start.

Preliminary design direction, layout considerations, and material options are introduced to align your vision with practical build solutions.

Contractor Compliance

Project Approval & Safety Compliance

All contractors, subcontractors, and project personnel are required to review and adhere to Covenant Development Group (CDG) safety standards prior to project approval and site access. Whether your scope involves site work, modular installation, or full construction, compliance with all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures is mandatory.

This manual outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and standards required to maintain a controlled, efficient, and compliant project environment. Review the manual in full before initiating or participating in any CDG project.
