“Our goal was simple — do things the right way, no shortcuts. Every exterior we restore or rebuild is a promise of craftsmanship, pride, and integrity. We build like it’s our own home — because that’s what people deserve.”

Homes By Covenant

Built on Integrity. Designed for Longevity.

Central New York homeowners deserve exterior work that lasts — not temporary fixes. At CMB Renovations and Homes by Covenant, we believe true craftsmanship means precision, patience, and pride in every detail. Quick jobs and low-grade materials only lead to leaks, wear, and costly repairs.

We’ve seen the same challenges across the region:

Weather damage and premature material failure
Delays and inconsistent workmanship
Rising maintenance costs with no lasting protection

Our mission is clear — to raise the standard of exterior craftsmanship by building stronger, longer-lasting exteriors that protect every home for years to come. That is the Covenant Way.

One Home At A Time

How We’re Raising the Standard. To a New Level.

We don’t cut corners — we craft them cleanly. Our team combines modern building technology with local expertise to deliver exterior renovations that exceed expectations. From siding to roofing, every project is managed with accuracy, accountability, and care.

Our process includes:

Precision-built installation using certified methods

We treat every home like it’s our own — ensuring each exterior is built to endure Central New York’s toughest seasons with lasting strength, style, and value. We always want you to feel at home every second of day. That is our greatest gift we can give you. Somewhere you feel at peace whenever you step through your doors.
