Crew Lead: Colby M. Bardin
Every Covenant project begins the same way — with consistency, organization, and genuine respect for the homeowner’s time and home. By 7:30 AM sharp, the Covenant truck pulls up, the crew steps out, lights go on, and the day begins.
Before a single measurement is taken, the room is protected like a job in progress and a home still being lived in. Floors are covered, outlets sealed, trim and windows masked, and every tool is checked for safety and readiness. From compressors and laser levels to vacuums and saws, everything is staged with purpose before the first cut is made.
Communication starts early and never stops. Morning check-ins confirm the daily plan — who’s handling cabinetry, who’s cutting trim, who’s finishing electrical. The team works in quiet coordination; each trade moves with practiced rhythm, respecting one another’s space while keeping the homeowner informed.
Clean-as-you-go is a rule, not a reminder. Between phases, surfaces are wiped down, tools are organized, and debris is cleared. By mid-afternoon, every inch of progress is visible, and by 3:30 PM, the workspace is spotless and reset for tomorrow.
For us, punctuality isn’t about the clock — it’s about discipline and pride in the craft. Showing up at 7:30 AM means being ready to deliver on the Covenant Promise: precision, reliability.

What Happens
This full bathroom renovation in the Jamesville / DeWitt area turned a dated, confined space into a place of comfort, dignity, and lasting beauty. The homeowners wanted a bathroom that felt safe and effortless — a room where each detail offered both independence and peace of mind.
Over three weeks, our team rebuilt the space from the ground up, guided by Covenant’s promise of craftsmanship and care:
Demolition & Prep: Every surface was reset and rebuilt with purpose — walls leveled, flooring sealed, and structure reinforced to create the foundation for something lasting.
Tilework: Earth-toned tile and stone were chosen for warmth and balance, installed with laser-sharp precision to form clean lines that calm the eye.
Cabinetry & Vanity: A custom vanity with a natural stone top brings texture and permanence — blending elegance with endurance.
Accessibility Upgrades: Fold-down seating, ADA grab bars, and a handheld shower transform safety into comfort — giving freedom, ease, and confidence with every use.
Lighting & Electrical: Soft LED lighting brightens the room and restores clarity, adding both modern energy and gentle warmth.
Finishing Touches: Fresh trim, color, and craftsmanship complete the transformation — a room that now feels peaceful, graceful, and ready for daily life.
The finished space is more than a renovation — it’s a reflection of Covenant’s heart for people and homes alike: a place where care becomes comfort, and design becomes peace.
